Contact Forms

When you submit a contact form, your details are sent to our contact endpoint and emailed to us using Resend so we can reply to your enquiry. We also keep a copy of each valid enquiry on our hosting platform (Netlify) for up to 90 days, so we can still respond if the email fails to send. That backup is then deleted. Photos you attach are emailed to us and are not kept in the backup. We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Form submissions are used only to respond to you and to deliver the services you asked about.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Your data is only accessed by authorised personnel.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries, such as our hosting provider (Netlify), email delivery (Resend), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics, or where required by law.
